1 cup Chambord
½ cup lime juice
2 cups Old Mout Cranberry & Cider (but a bit more wouldn’t hurt)
A handful of fresh mint leaves
Put plenty of ice in a big jug, and add everything but the mint. Stir well to mix and mingle. When company arrives, whip it out of the fridge, pour into martini glasses (or other fancy shapes) and garnish each one with a mint sprig.
