Peach & Passionfruit & Cider Punch

Ingredients:Passionfruit punch

1 Bottle of Old Mout Passionfruit & Cider

1 Can of peaches

3 Passionfruits

1 Lemon

A handful of fresh mint leaves, roughly chopped

Lots of ice

Method:

Puree the peaches (including the syrup) in a blender until smooth.  Heat on a stove with the juice of one Lemon and simmer for about 10 minutes until it thickens, remove from stove and cool.

In a large punch bowl, add the filling from the 3 passionfruit, the zest of the lemon, some roughly chopped mint and a cup of ice.  Add the peach syrup and stir to cool completely.

Finally add your bottle of chilled Old Mout Passionfruit & Cider and stir.

Serve in a glass full of ice and a sprig of mint if you fancy.
