All the action in Australia last week was definitely in NSW- for us cider lovers at any rate!
We were up in Sydney at the Hordern Pavillion for Sydney BarShow Week (sorry kids, a trade only event, or we would have told you!)
We had a blast, meeting a lot of interested and interesting hospo folks…and spreading our cider loving vibe throughout the two-day show. We look forward to being able to share some new bar partners with you all soon!
And while we were selling our wares and converting cider-lovers (and drinkers) to Old Mout, other happenings in NSW saw us win a Bronze medal for our Scrumpy at the 1st ever Australian Cider Awards (CiderOz) in Orange (click here for the latest Awards update) . Judges performed rigorous testing on over 90 cider entries from all over the globe, and awarded only one Gold medal across all 14 classes. This Bronze award sees us bringing another trophy home, and proves that a craft cidery can hold their own against the big guns, and we think thats pretty good!
