Terms and Conditions
• The Prize is the ‘Ultimate Splore Experience’ for the winner and three (3) friends, valued at $4,000, including: Four (4) tickets to Splore 2015 Festival, four (4) return tickets on the Splore Express Bus, one (1) glamping site set up to sleep 4 people, four (4) AWOP cashbands each loaded with $300 that you can use to buy all food, drinks and merchandise on site.
– There is one prize to be won only in this promotion.
– The winner and their three (3) friends must make their own way to Auckland. The prize excludes flights and/or travel to Auckland.
• Competition open to NZ residents only. Winner must be 18 years of age or over.
• The promoter and every entrant into the promotion acknowledge that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
• Every entrant or participant completely releases Facebook of any and all liability.
• This promotion is only open to individuals who:
– Are of legal age to enter the competition (at the discretion of the promoter)
– Have submitted their entry between the entry open and close time (at the discretion of the promoter)
– Are not employees, contractors, agents or trade customers of the promoter or its related companies or have any affiliation with the promoter or its related companies
– Meet all other requirements and conditions on this terms and conditions page (at the discretion of the promoter)
• Only entries submitted in accordance with the entry mechanic specified by the promoter will be valid. The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries at 4pm on Friday 16th of January 2015
• Every person that enters the promotion using the proper entry mechanic:
– Gives the promoter an unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, world-wide, and royalty-free license to use any content the entrant has created to enter the competition in any way, shape, or form at the promoter’s discretion
– Gives the promoter the right to edit any content created in any way for public use
– Releases the promoter from any liability for anything posted in response to any individual entry, be it comments or other reactions
– Gives the rights to the promoter to use any content submitted (in any format, photograph, video, or other)
• The prize is not transferable or redeemable for any other value exchange. The promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternative prizes of equal or greater value in the event of circumstances outside its control. If the prize is not claimed within a reasonable time or cannot be accepted, the prize will be forfeited and given to another entrant at the promoter’s discretion.
• The entrant gives the promoter consent to use any content or publicly available information about the entrant or entry in any future content or promotions.
• The promoter will not be liable for any loss, damages, personal injury, or any liability whatsoever suffered due to participation or winning the promotion. In the event any of this does occur, the entrant will indemnify and hold the promoter harmless from any liability whatsoever.
• The promoter reserves the right to alter, remove, suspend, or disqualify the promotion or any entrant at any time. The promoter’s decision on any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Entrants may be required to provide identification or proof of age.
